Sterilization Pouches

Single-use self-sealing pouches designed for packaging instruments intended for steam sterilization in an autoclave. They are made from high-quality medical-grade paper combined with a durable transparent film.

Each pouch features a self-adhesive sealing system, allowing it to be securely closed without the need for a heat sealer. The reinforced sealing structure helps keep the film intact and provides reliable protection for the contents.

The chemical indicators on the pouch allow you to verify exposure to the sterilization process: the indicator changes color from pink to black when subjected to the appropriate sterilization cycle.

Instructions for Use

Place previously cleaned, disinfected and completely dry instruments inside the pouch. For more effective sterilization.

Before sealing, remove the protective strip covering the adhesive and fold down the pre-folded edge, pressing firmly to ensure a complete seal.

If several instruments are placed in the same pouch, make sure they are not in direct contact with each other, allowing the steam to reach all surfaces properly.
